These Terms and Conditions apply to the De Rosa “$500 off your airfares” offer (“Offer”). Information on the Offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- This Offer is open only to permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand who are 18 years or over (“Eligible Customers”).
- The Offer is only available to Eligible Customers who purchase a new De Rosa bike from our 2019 Collection from our Melbourne showroom or online at www.derosabikes.com.au.
- To be eligible for this offer you must present your proof of airfare (tax invoice) to Como Bike via email or in person, Como Bike will reimburse you up to $500 AUD on your airfare via direct transfer OR will discount the amount at time of sale in the Showroom only.
- The Offer is limited to one airfare per person and one airfare per bike purchase.
- The Offer is valid for reimbursement of the airfare only and does not cover car transfers, accommodation, food etc.
- The Offer is only available for airfares from your State of residence to Melbourne (& return).
- In the event that you miss your flight or your flight is cancelled, De Rosa Australia cannot be held liable for any extra costs you may incur.
- The remainder of the travel expenses will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Como Bike will only provide you airport transfers in Melbourne if 48 hours notice is given prior to your arrival via email or telephone.
- Como Bike will not be responsible for the booking of flights and other travel arrangements.
- To be eligible for this offer you must contact Como Bike prior to purchase of the airfare to confirm your eligibility for the offer.
- Proof of identity, residency and eligibility is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a person cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Offer at any time without prior notice.
- This promotion is only available until September 30, 2018. Only flights taken up until this time will be reimbursed by Como Bike.
